Sergio A Martinez
I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with experience in the Utah market. I have over 2 decades of experience in negotiation. I help families fulfill the dream of buying their first home. With the options of a condo, townhome or a, single family home I enable you to make the right decision.
I also lead the property management team and have advised first time landlords.
My first property management opportunity was on 2003 when an investor asked me to help with her student property close to campus in BYU Provo. As soon as I graduated in 2006 I became the in-house property manager to a Residential building with 34 units in Salt Lake City.
In addition to Real Estate I serve the community in different capacities. I have served in 2003 with Governor Jon Huntsman Jr as an advisor in the Hispanic Advisory Council. I have served in other boards and commissions with Gov. Herbert and in the board of non profit organizations. Today I serve in the Utah Rental Housing Association and the SL Board of Realtors.
When I am not at work, I focus
on family, coaching my daughter's soccer team, volunteering in the Timpanogos Emergency Response Team and completing Ironman races.
